Studio Policies

  • To add or drop a class, parents/guardians must email the office by the last week of the month prior to the change.

    • Drops made mid-month still require full tuition for that month.

    • If a drop is not communicated via email, families remain responsible for full monthly tuition.

  • Check your email, Facebook, Instagram, or voicemail for weather-related or emergency cancellations.

Morning classes are automatically canceled if the Wachusett School District cancels school or has a 2-hour delay.

  • If your dancer will be absent, please notify the office prior to class. Make-up classes may be taken at an appropriate level; contact the office for options.

  • We foster an environment of respect, kindness, and community spirit. Parents/guardians are expected to participate in conferences with the owners and/or faculty when requested. MEMDT reserves the right to unenroll students if deemed necessary for the well-being of the school.

  • Dance is fun, and students are encouraged to try many different styles! For dancers enrolled in jazz, modern, lyrical, or contemporary, we highly recommend adding a ballet class to support technical development.

  • All Experience MEM Dance Theatre performances will take place on Saturday, June 6, 2026, at the Stratos G. Dukakis Performing Arts Center, Montachusett Regional Vocational Technical School.

  • MEMDT requires appropriate attire, footwear, and hairstyles for each class. The dress code supports safety and focus in the classroom.

All dancers must have proper dance shoes by January 31, 2026.
